Sunflower Sprouting Microgreens | Soon Huat Seeds
Sunflower microgreens are easy to grow in soil or in soil-less tray. Growing sunflower microgreens from seeds is encouraged as we supply sunflower microgreens seeds with superior germination so the germination rate is high.
- Soak seeds in cool temperature water for 8 to 12 hours then you can plant directly. However, we suggest transferring to a colander and rinse 2 to 3 times a day for a day or two until the seeds begin to germinate from the tip of the shell.
- Flatten the soil gently and spread the germinated seeds evenly and press gently to insure contact with the soil. We suggest to mist the soil at least once a day to keep moist, not soggy.
- Place the tray or pot at good ventilation area and harvest when they reaches 8-12 days of maturity.
