Winged bean Kacang Botol
Kacang Botol Malaysia is one of the famous crop of the “4 Kings” dish in Malaysia. Also called Winged bean, it is specially selected for its vigorous vines and high yielding beans achieve maturity 14 days after flowering. Seeds normally takes 7 to 10 days to germinate and winged beans are able to be harvested three to four months from 1st harvest. This local favorite delicacy is widely eaten fresh with sambal in Malaysia.
